 The newly built facility is approximately 6,300 square feet and contains a wrestling area, fully stocked weight room, large area for quickness and speed drills, changing room, two bathrooms and a waiting/viewing area. The facility is equipped with 1800 square feet of wrestling mats, (2) Olympic squat stations, (2) Olympic Bench stations, (1) Leg press machine, (1) Lateral pull-down machine, 5 lb. - 100 lb. dumbbell set, wall mounted pull-up bars, jump ropes and a variety of other lifting equipment, tailor-made for development of "functional" wrestling strength. |
